The beautiful, large and family-friendly Bijela Uvala campsite is located just outside the old town of Poreč on Croatia's coast, on the popular Istrian peninsula. The campsite is remarkable for its well maintained and ecologically responsible grounds, with typical Mediterranean vegetation that provides plenty of shade. You can sunbathe on the beach or just laze around on specially constructed plateaus.
The Bijela Uvala campsite has two swimming pools with shallow areas for young children. If you want an active holiday, you can play tennis and go horse riding among other things. There are also trampolines and a great mini-golf course if you want a few hours of fun. The waterside terrace is one of the nicest places to relax, with views of the sea and the brightly coloured sailing boats that are moored here.
There is plenty to see in the area around the Bijela Uvala campsite. When you think of Istria you think of the Adriatic Sea, beaches and crystal clear water; however the mountainous interior landscape is also beautiful! You can visit the popular tourist town of Poreč (just 5 km away), a town with plenty of history and lively restaurants and bars. The picturesque port of Rovinj also makes a great day out! It is a little further away, has cobbled streets and an exceptionally beautiful location by the water.
